Open your Gumroad purchase email and follow its download link. Check spam and the email address used at checkout. If you have a Gumroad account, check its Library. Download the ZIP, extract it and open the included start guide.
A file does not open or something is missing?
Reply to the Gumroad receipt to reach the seller. Include the product name, order reference, device/browser and a description or redacted screenshot of the problem. Do not send your password or full payment-card information.
Want to request a refund?
Read the policy on the purchased product’s Gumroad page, then contact the seller through your receipt. Mandatory consumer rights still apply. For payment-platform issues or an unresponsive seller, use Gumroad Help.
Before you buy
Use the free samples, actual PDF excerpts and tool demos to check suitability. Our Gumroad shop shows the current listings, included files and product-specific terms. Checkout shows payment availability and the final amount.
Report a website or security issue
Use the seller contact associated with your Gumroad receipt and include the page URL and a description. Avoid sending sensitive data or attempting to access other people’s information. This site has no separate public vulnerability-reward programme.
